What is the payment method for the services?
There are several options to choose from. When using automatic payments, there is the possibility to store the credit card. Alternatively you can top up your account and pay in advance for the services of Findea.ch for the whole year. A small discount is given with this payment method. Furthermore, you can pay for our services on a monthly basis using QR Code, Twint, PayPal and other payment methods.
Will I be able to cancel the service at any time?
Of course. We never bind you to our service and make sure that you can easily retrieve your financial reports from Findea Online if you ever decide to leave the service.
Can I change my subscription?
Of course. Each Findea.ch subscription includes a different set of services tailored to your company's needs. Should these needs change over time, we are of course available to help you switch to the subscription that suits you best.
What does the person who advises me do for me?
They will compare your accounts, categorize your transactions, and prepare your financial statements. They will also make adjustments to your books to ensure they are tax compliant. In some cases, the accountants may need your help to properly categorize a transaction. Our goal is to make your bookkeeping as easy as possible. You can always schedule a meeting with the consultants to clarify any questions you may have. There are no additional fees or hourly rates for assistance. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your accounting, financial statements and tax returns.
Who exactly will I be working with? Will I be working with the same people every month?
Our professional accounting team consists of qualified accountants and Swiss fiduciary experts. They will review your monthly and annual financial statements. Our goal is to keep you with the same accounting team for as long as possible and to avoid changes. If your accounting team does change, we will notify you immediately and ensure a smooth transition.
Where are your accountants located? What qualifications do they have?
Our trustees work in nine of our own offices in Switzerland. This allows us to be close to our clients. Our client advisors and managers are certified. Additional case workers receive in-house training. Together, they have experience serving hundreds of small businesses. Our team understands how to meet the specific accounting needs of your business.
