Our Story
2003: Establishment of Findea AG
Findea.ch was founded in 2003 in Winterthur to support companies with innovative fiduciary solutions. Our headquarters in Winterthur has been the centre of our operations from the beginning and laid the foundation for our growing network of branches throughout Switzerland.
2011: Opening of the branch in Bern
We opened our first branch in Bern, the capital of Switzerland, to support companies in a central political and economic network. This laid the foundation for our expansion.
2013: Opening of the branch in Lucerne
Lucerne was our next choice, to serve the SME-dominated central Switzerland. With our presence here, we were able to provide targeted support to local companies and gain a foothold in an economically dynamic region.
2014: Opening of the branch in Zurich
Zurich, the economic centre of Switzerland, was a logical next step. Here we were able to work directly with start-ups and established companies, contributing our expertise in a dynamic environment.
2014: Opening of the branch in Lugano
With the opening in Lugano, we have established ourselves in Italian-speaking Switzerland. This location enables us to effectively support entrepreneurs in the Ticino region with our services.
2014: Opening of the branch in Basel
Our expansion to Basel was a strategic step to provide targeted support to companies in the export-oriented pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The region offers an ideal base for specialised consulting services.
2015: Opening of the branch in Geneva
The expansion into Geneva takes into account the international character of the city. This location enables us to provide efficient support to globally oriented companies and organisations.
2017: Opening of the branch in Lausanne
In 2017, we opened our Lausanne office to offer our services in the highly innovative French-speaking part of Switzerland. This step enabled us to support companies in a region known for its dynamism and entrepreneurial spirit.
2021: HQ relocation to the Wintertower
In 2021, we moved our headquarters to the Wintower in Winterthur. The modern office building not only offers us optimal working conditions, but also reflects our commitment to innovation and growth. The move was another milestone in our company's history.
2024: Opening of the branch in Zug
With the opening in Zug, we have completed our presence in the most important economic regions of Switzerland. Zug, known for its high concentration of international companies, offers us the opportunity to further expand our services in a globally networked environment.
