After completing a banking apprenticeship and attending evening high school, Michele Blasucci studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies, he set up the audit firm BKK Audit AG and the trust company Findea AG, which he moved to Winterthur and further expanded after graduation. In summer 2005, he launched the start-up platform Startups.ch AG. Within a short period of time, Startups.ch became the leading company start-up platform in Switzerland. He has been managing Nexus AG since September 2014.

Bálint Farkas completed a double master's degree in Accounting and Finance as well as in International Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). During his studies, he supported the finance department at Startups.ch and, after a short training period, took over the areas of accounting and controlling. He has been CFO of Startups.ch since June 2019.

Martin has been in the trust sector since 2014 and has held various positions at Findea AG in Lucerne since March 2016. Starting as a junior client manager, he currently heads the team in Lucerne and is responsible for the locations in Basel and Bern. Martin holds the Dipl. fiduciary experts and has since trained in international value added tax (CAS FH in International VAT/VAT).

Nicola Hamann recognized his passion for the trust industry early on — he completed a commercial apprenticeship at a trust company in Kreuzlingen TG. After graduating as a trustee with a federal certificate in autumn 2017, he gained almost 5 years of experience in auditing and completed further training as a Dipl. Auditor completed. He has worked for Findea AG since April 2023.

With nearly ten years of experience in the field of accounting and auditing, Bastien first obtained his Federal Certificate of Specialist in Finance and Accounting, before going on to obtain the Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling, which he passed in 2024. Bastien joined Findea SA in Geneva in the fall of 2022 as an account manager, before becoming director of Findea branches for the French-speaking region. Originally from Geneva, Bastien enjoys taking advantage of the varied landscapes that Switzerland has to offer. A football enthusiast, he is also a referee in the Swiss 3rd division. You may come across him on a Première Ligue Promotion field at weekends, officiating across the country.

Samuele attended the State Institute for Higher Education “City of Luino - Carlo Volontè”, where he received his diploma in programming/accounting. For ten years, he worked as an accountant for Lugano trust companies. Parallel to his professional career, he attended a course to become a specialist in finance and accounting. In 2013, he obtained a federal certificate in finance and accounting. Samuele speaks Italian and English.

Gian completed his commercial training in 2013 and then went on to obtain his vocational baccalaureate. In October 2022, he obtained the Federal Diploma as a Fiduciary and in February 2025 he will begin further training to become a Certified Tax Expert. He has been working in the fiduciary industry since 2019. In January 2025, Gian joined the Findea team at Taxea. Gian grew up in Effretikon and is a man of many interests. He enjoys spending time at the gym, is passionate about cars and has a keen interest in fashion and fashion trends. He also loves to travel and discover new cultures.

Sabrina Orteca completed her federal HR certificate in 2016 and gained over 9 years of HR experience in various international companies.

Ralph Rüttimann's entry into the professional world began with an apprenticeship as an automation technician. At SIB, he continued his education as a business economist. Ralph Rüttimann was able to gain initial experience in the fiduciary sector while still studying. He then deepened his accounting knowledge at one of the largest law firms in Switzerland. Ralph Rüttimann has worked at Findea AG in the fiduciary sector since July 2018 and obtained a federal financial and accounting certificate in spring 2019.

In the fall of 2015, Nicole Baume successfully completed her further training to become a fiduciary with a federal certificate. She gained experience in a smaller and a larger fiduciary company in the canton of Lucerne. Nicole has been working for Findea AG in Lucerne as a client manager since June 2016. Nicole grew up in Wolhusen in the canton of Lucerne. Sport has been one of her hobbies for many years, as has working on the board of the gymnastics club. In her free time, Nicole enjoys exploring the world with her family, whether on a short city break, at the campsite or relaxing on the beach.

Désirée Dubach is a trustee with a federal certificate. She worked for various companies as an account manager in the cantons of Lucerne and Zug. Désirée has several years of experience in financial and tax consulting. Désirée has been working as an account manager at Findea AG in Lucerne since February 2024.

Tiziano Nardella discovered his passion for numbers early on. After his commercial training, he decided to specialize in the finance department, where he worked for several years in the field of finance and accounting. Over time, however, he realized that he wanted to apply his strengths and expertise in a more targeted way by providing direct advice to clients. This led him to the fiduciary industry, where he further deepened his expertise by training to become a certified fiduciary expert. Today, he supports his clients with in-depth expertise and practical solutions, always with the aim of optimally addressing their individual financial and business challenges. In addition to his professional activities, Tiziano Nardella is passionate about art photography, in which he realizes his own creative projects as a photographer. Sports also play an important role in his life, especially weightlifting and CrossFit. He is also interested in languages and different cultures, as he values intercultural exchange and enjoys gaining new perspectives.

Marcella Cirillo's professional life began in the classic way with a three-year apprenticeship as a business assistant. She was then able to supplement her part-time studies for a federal certificate in finance and accounting with practical work in a service and collection agency. She has been happy to work for Findea since the beginning of 2020.

With ten years of experience in fiduciary services, Karin began her career as a junior accountant and developed into a client manager. She has acquired in-depth expertise in accounting and payroll administration. With a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Haute École de Gestion in Geneva and a specialization in finance, she has also deepened her skills in payroll and social security administration. This knowledge enables her to offer her clients a precise and versatile approach. In her free time, Karin enjoys spending time with her family and cooking, a passion that helps her relax and create new culinary experiences. She also enjoys traveling to discover new cultures and landscapes, which satisfies her curiosity and enriches her view of the world.

In 2007, Huynh Lê completed his commercial training and then obtained his vocational baccalaureate (2008). He then worked for 14 years in a fiduciary company in Lucerne - specializing in tax law. Since October 2022, he has been working for Findea AG in Lucerne as a client manager. Huynh Lê grew up in Lucerne and has strong roots there. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends - he is also open to making new acquaintances. His great passion is traveling, foreign cultures and people - cosmopolitanism! He also likes to broaden his horizons with specialist literature and constructive discussions.

Annika Ernst had her first experience with the fiduciary sector as a management trainee at the Lucerne SHL Hotel Management School. After graduating from the Hôtelière - Restauratrice HF diploma, she then worked as an account manager for a trustee for hotel and catering businesses. Annika has a bachelor's degree in business administration. ‍

Rinore Ceka completed her apprenticeship as a businesswoman with a vocational baccalaureate in a city administration. She then completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the ZHAW School of Management and Law. Rinore has been working at Findea AG in Winterthur since 2019. In her free time, Ms. Rinore enjoys dancing, reading and shopping. She also loves spending time in the gym or in nature.

Kim Baas originally comes from the catering industry. She completed her training as a qualified Hôteliere-Restauratrice HF in 2015 and then worked as an administrative assistant in the catering sector. During the Corona period, she completed further training as a finance & accounting clerk and fiduciary. This laid the foundation for her move into the fiduciary sector. Kim Baas grew up in Udligenswil near Lucerne. When the weather is nice, she likes to spend her free time in her allotment garden. She likes to share the processing of freshly harvested vegetables and fruit into delicious dishes with family and friends. She loves to be creative, whether painting, making candles or creating concrete figures.

After several years of experience in a trust company, Mariangela decided to attend the finance and accounting specialist course and obtained the federal professional certificate in June 2023. Mariangela gained several years of experience in a small trust company in the canton of Grisons. Mariangela has been working as a consultant at Findea SA in Lugano since February 2024.

Scarlet Rohner began her professional career with a three-year apprenticeship as a hospital clerk. She then gained further experience in this field and successfully completed her federal certificate as a finance and accounting specialist. ‍In her free time, Scarlet enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She finds the perfect balance to her working day when walking her dog in the countryside.

Brian Livingstone completed his commercial apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate in a municipality in the canton of Aargau. After graduating, he worked in the tax office of his training company for six months before starting his service in the Swiss army. In September 2022, Brian began his part-time studies at the FHNW alongside his job. In addition to his work and studies, Brian is a member of the men's volleyball team at the Tegerfelden gymnastics club. In the winter months, he is drawn to the snowy slopes of the Alps. He also likes to try his hand at the guitar.

After graduating from high school in the canton of Vaud and a CFC d'employé de commerce in the canton of Geneva, I decided to obtain the federal trust diploma.

Maxima Hampel completed her commercial apprenticeship with a vocational baccalaureate at a large insurance company and then began her part-time studies in business law at the ZHAW. Maxima enjoys reading a lot in her free time. She likes to travel to exciting places around the world. She is particularly fond of London. She also enjoys cooking - most often Asian.

Marco Giger completed his commercial apprenticeship at Innovative Sensor Technology AG in Ebnat-Kappel. After graduating, he worked in accounting for a further six months before starting his vocational baccalaureate. In September, he will start his part-time studies at the ZHAW. In addition to his work/studies, Marco enjoys playing sport. He grew up in Ebnat-Kappel, where he supports the football club as an active player. In winter, he enjoys skiing in the mountains, whether on or off the slopes.

After completing her apprenticeship, Francesca trained as an accountant. She then decided to improve her German language skills by taking a course in Germany; she then lived in Lucerne for 4 years and used this opportunity to further improve her German language skills. In 2021 Francesca continued her career in a small fiduciary company in Grono. Passionate about the world of accounting, she decided to take on a new professional challenge and has been working as an analyst in the Findea SA team in Lugano since May 2024. Francesca likes to spend her free time outdoors and enjoys going for walks with friends and family. She also likes to read and do handicrafts.

I completed a commercial apprenticeship at Echami Echafaudages SA in Geneva and then obtained my vocational diploma. In September 2023, I joined the Startups.ch customer care team while studying business administration at the Haute École de Gestion (HEG) in Geneva.

I completed my commercial training with a vocational baccalaureate at the cantonal administration of Uri. I then worked as a sales assistant at Audi for a few months before traveling to Australia for three months to consolidate my English language skills. After my return, I attended the Passerellen course at the Matura School for Adults in Lucerne for a year. I have been part of the Findea team in Lucerne as an analyst since December 2024. ‍In addition to work, I spend a lot of time with my family and friends. I also enjoy reading and being outdoors. Above all, however, I love discovering new countries and cultures.

Gabriele attended the Liceo and graduated in 2022. He then immediately started his university studies in Economics and Management at the University of Milan and is now close to his bachelor's degree. He has been working at Findea.ch in Lugano since July 2023 as an Analyst, combining study and work.

After earning her trade diploma, Albertine began her professional career by working in customer care at L'Oréal for 4 years. She then moved to AXA as an insurance consultant for 2 years in order to be as close as possible to the customer and meet their needs. She has been working at Startups.ch since January 2021.

Lina Blume originally comes from the upscale hotel industry, where she organized events for many years. After a short stint in a nice neighborhood restaurant in Zurich, she turned her back on the hotel & catering industry and worked at reception in a luxury car dealership in Glattbrugg. After relocating and taking a maternity break, she returned to work in September 2022. Lina grew up in Weinheim, Germany, moved to Switzerland in 2008 and spent a lot of her free time in the mountains until the birth of her son. Now she prefers to spend time with her family, has rediscovered baking and is still practising her gardening skills. In addition to the mountains, she unfortunately misses out on the piano and guitar at the moment.

Simon Husi completed his law degree at the University of Zurich with a Master of Law. After completing his studies, he worked both at the Zurich District Court and in a Zurich commercial law firm and was subsequently admitted to the Zurich Bar. He has been working for Startups.ch since September 2021. Simon is fluent in German and English.

Samy Benzaoui holds a Master's degree in law from the University of Fribourg. After graduating from the Geneva Bar School (ECAV) and completing an internship at a Geneva law firm, he was admitted to the Geneva Bar. He also worked as a lawyer in an association specialised in labour law and social security, then as a legal advisor at Startups.ch, the sister company of Findea.ch, where he returned in 2023 to take over the management of the French-speaking branches. Samy speaks fluent French and English.

Mattia Piccoli has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in accounting and finance. After graduation, he gained professional experience in the areas of strategic marketing, project management and digital product development. The original Ticino summed up his curiosity about disruptive technologies and innovations as well as his continuous quest for innovative solutions with a quote from Oscar Wilde: “The future belongs to those who recognize opportunities before they become obvious.”

Arnaud Emonet has worked for Startups.ch in Winterthur since July 2016. He began as a marketing consultant for western Switzerland and has been a marketing manager since 2019. Arnaud has a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in marketing and communication. By founding his own start-up, Arnaud has gained experience in the areas of entrepreneurship, marketing, real estate and hospitality. Arnaud speaks French, German and English.

Lydia Schär studied communication science and media research at the University of Zurich and completed a marketing internship at an international company after completing her bachelor's degree. She then worked as a digital content creator for a start-up and has been working as a junior marketing manager at Startups.ch since April 2023.

Una Vidanovic holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Zurich. During her studies she gained experience in various fields of work in international companies such as Microsoft and Amazon Web Services. She has been working as Junior Marketing Manager at Findea.ch since November 2024.

Paul supports the team in operational support. He answers customer inquiries, takes on administrative tasks and ensures efficient internal processes. Paul is interested in technology, enjoys hiking and watching movies.
